UTAU Resampler Error?

I've been trying to get back into UTAU, but for some reason no matter what resampler I use, it won't recognize Japanese file names. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The MMD community treats modellers like the United States has tended to treat rape victims, blaming the victim and saying the culprit is in the right.
In the MMD Community's case, it's model editors and the original modeller.
